Two blogs in one week...

What's the saying about jumping in with both feet?? I guess starting two blogs in one week would be a perfect example of it. I've wanted to start my own blog for a while now, but postponed for a variety of reasons. Finding a name for my education blog was the main hang-up in getting that one off the ground. Once I settled on a name, I was ready to blog! I had only one concern... I wanted that blog to be only for education. Which meant I would need another blog to post about everything else in life.... hence, Excursions in Life.

The name for this blog developed as an afterthought of creating a name for my education blog (Excursions in Education). Read the first post on that blog to understand the naming process! Excursions in Life seemed like the perfect compliment to that blog as the catch all of anything and everything else I wanted to post about. :-) So without further delay....
